Cons
Just like with any startup, some things are organized and others are not - for someone like me who is looking for the ability to make a real impact, help define processes, etc. this is actually a positive aspect of working at Riverside but if you are looking for a highly-organized, hierarchical environment, you will not find it here. At Riverside you have to be resourceful, find solutions on your own and take ownership - no one is going to do it for you.
