      Lab staff are friendly and the environment encourages cooperation. Pay is fine and overtime is readily available for those who want it.

      Cons

      Location is fairly remote, limited access to public transport. Having a car will be desireable for working at the main location. As a lab analyst, not much in the way of upwards progression.
