Despicable VP/C-Suite employees - Experience Team Rivermark Community Credit Union Employee Review

Pros

Average/above average pay for credit union work

Cons

Certain C-suite leaders and several VP's have no business working in their current positions. Absentee leadership and favoritism are rampant. Employees are belittled and tossed aside if/when they make simple mistakes. Anyone with experience and a good fresh perspective is seen as a threat and a challenge. Do not work here - this company champions ethics and mental health publicly, but privately does quite the opposite. Run.

Pros

Emphasis on employee satisfaction and empowerment. Pay is very fair for the work performed and experience. Great people who want you to succeed in your role. I was not rushed into my role. Everyone is very kind. Ability to learn on your own and show that your ready to move up. Emphasis on customer satisfaction.

Cons

Runs on groups of small teams, most departments would like more help. Going through a large merger, some disconnect between departments. Merger made processes longer and harder.
