Machines had lots of mechanical issues

Great opportunities for creative people to make process improvements . Management is open to change. Somewhat flexible work schedule for office employees.

Benefits (insurance, salary) are poor, high turnover- newer people don't tend to stick around very long. Otherwise not a bad place.
