      Pros

      Most residents are delightful and the pay is alright

      Cons

      Senior management and HR suck. So do most department heads. They never investigate situations they just punish whoever is liked the least. Very toxic work environment if you’re not anyone’s favorite. Hourly employees don’t seem to matter. We are the expendable group.

      Amazing support from all Managers, Upper management, every co-worker. Great Resident's who you will consider family.

      Long Drive from home but it makes it worth it. Medical insurance could be better.
