Pros
If you like working in a fast paced environment with great shop fit , fab clothes & good people this company is for you. Salary is ok ( needs looking at for junior managers ) discount is amazing as you get 50% off. 28 days holiday . Company has really started listening to employee feedback which is good to see. Good money spent on shop fit & equipment . Stores look amazing !!!
Cons
Salary could be better. No annual wage review. Not looked at unless you progress so no option to increase salary in line with cost of living if you're happy in current role. Company expectations are not realistic given resources sometimes . Quite controlling when it comes to how you assess your floors. Poor company sick pay .
