Discount is good, especially as part of the management team, glad that Birmingham is finally getting a new store also.

Very strict guidelines, not much support from HR/ER team and is very much a 'toe the line' environment, if you step out of line or aren't a 'yes man' you find yourself being bullied and forced out very quickly.
