      -Plenty of opportunity to shape a scaling business and develop skills -Smart, friendly team and an inclusive environment, everyone is encouraged to pitch in and bring their full selves -Flexible remote-first set up (global) with plenty of opportunities to collaborate in person with WeWork All Access pass and the first company retreat is coming up -Profit share scheme and transparent salary structure -Interesting clients and an exciting roadmap

      Not a con for me, but as a start-up, every individual has a big impact, so be prepared to get stuck in and embrace the journey!

      Great work life balance with clearly defined boundaries and expectations. Big focus on up skill and growth opportunities. Inclusive culture with regular engagement. Generous leave (holiday) policy.

      Cons

      If you are used a traditional 9-5 in-office model, where you are constantly micro managed, this flexible and autonomous environment might be challenging.
