Pros

The customers are great! The benefits are amazing. These are the only positive pieces of information I can supply

Cons

Corrupt management, poor communication, disgruntled employees, lack of anything involving good management, backwards thinking, ideas executed without thinking of the repercussions, employees don’t matter to them, management will harass employees and HR backs managers up, employees have issues with each other because they are all just unhappy, new wmployees are like blood drops in shark tanks, the chef from Australia is beyond rude me and condescending to employees, nobody is safe. Only way to be able to stick around is by being buddy buddy with management and throw others under the bus. I’ve seen it happen to other employees, and I experienced all of that myself. They change menus one day to the next, the system hasn’t even been updated, everything has to be input as open food. Soda machine hasn’t been fixed in over a year. The outside bar has mold in the ice bins, and the fridges behind the bars. Old expired juices being served and management does nothing about it. I regret ever having set foot in such an establishment. HR is ok with management harassing, retaliating, and discriminating against employees.

Pros

Great benefits for retirement, and hotel discounts.

Cons

The GM creates a toxic work environment. HR didn’t respond to emails, and couldn’t handle the workload. The accountants think they’re the best thing since sliced bread and only ever send nasty emails to other staff members. Favoritism is frequently, and blatantly displayed.
