First they promised us during orientation "no door to door", yet if you cant convince your friends or family to see the demos, they make you go door to door under threat of losing your job hidden behind passive agressive comments. Also the owners very self absorbed, never listens to reason, and is so convinced that his way is the right way that hes insecure about getting any advice at all.
