There’s a lot of opportunity for growth if you are a motivated individual that wants to be a part of a fast-paced and growing environment. New leadership of Eric Hayes, Si Collens, and Carlo Lewis has been a breath of fresh air. Words have weight and action always follows. Excited to see them execute the vision for RW and the employees.

None - not a fit for those who aren’t passionate about their day to day I suppose. RW culture is about exceeding expectations if you invest in the company they invest in you.

If you are a top setter, you will make a lot more money than you expect, and even more than they initially say in the interview

If you are not a top setter, it's because they don't give you the best leads, in which case, the pay is solid. However, the management team is incredibly incompetent, greedy, dishonest, and lacks integrity. This is the worst company I've ever worked at
