Pros
Rite Track's headquarters is a new, clean building in West Chester. I learned a lot while working there and I think most people can agree that you wear a lot of hats while working at Rite Track (you probably won't end up doing what you were actually hired for, at least to some degree).
Cons
Broken processes, high stress level, and low company morale. Lack of communication between departments; management lacks communicating specific roles and goals. There has been a lot of pay cuts and layoffs in the past two years so obviously raises/advancements don't really exist
