Pros
Good place to start your Engineering career, great exposure to Industrial and Technical environment. You can really learn alot and build competency. There's alot of work to do, good start up ground for young graduates.
Cons
A bit hostile work environment, too much cunningness with managerial decisions. No definitive career growth path, maybe because they're still growing.
