Pros
The environment and benefits, while under-utilized, are awesome! We get discounts on lots of on and off property goods/services, competitive insurance packages and pay, and we have some of the most caring kind people working here! Everyone from guests to front line employees to upper management gets along and treats one another like family... That is not always the case in a casino environment so I greatly appreciate that aspect! :)
Cons
The location makes it less desirable for anyone living outside of town as a place of employment. We have a competitors on both side of us!
