Pros

You get paid on time.

Cons

1. The pay is not worth the amount of work you will do. 2. Alot of racist people work there. 3. Alot of managers and supervisors are pea brains and lack basic knowledge of how to run a business. To add on to this they are very unprofessional. (Especially for Passage Of Hope Program). 4. Rising Grounds does not give salary increases annually or at all, i have been working there for 5 years and never recieved a raise talk about underappreciated. 5. 95% of the kids that live there are very disrespectful and manipulative for instance they will lie and try to get you fired. 6. The health plan is horrible its very expensive and covers very little.( better stay healthy if you plan to work there) 7. Management does little to nothing when investigating anallegation which could very well cost you your job and give you a record. 8. If you work in a house directly with residents you do not get a lunch break and you will have to eat what is served to the kids usually unhealthy slop that i wouldnt feed my dog. 9. The programs do not care much for the childrens health as you can see almost all of them are over weight and using drugs on the street and they do not provide any type of drug programs for them its quite sad to be honest. 10. The company in general does not care about their workers, residents, working conditions, and or reputation they are money hungry and invest as little as possible just to keep it open for day to day operations. This list can go on Im just tired of typing....
