It's a unique mix of sports/culture and advisory that you don't see anywhere else. It acts as a good stepping stone for other jobs.
Cons
Several managers' toxicity is often overlooked and even encouraged in some cases. Although the founders seem nice, work culture always stems from the top down, so who they choose to keep says more about them than simply how they act.
