Pros
Great group of people to learn from, as well as work with on a day to day basis. Company shows promising growth which facilitates incentive to move up and step into leadership opportunities.
Cons
Not always the most organized in terms of qualifying appointments and systems in place from appointment setting all the way up to sales. Would like better system on working through territory. I think sales rabbit was an extremely handy tool to have access to. Bonus structure provides great incentive but even when I performed at top 5 in all categories I still didn’t hit many bonuses.
