      Most of the people are very kind.

      Lots of turnover in the MFIP program. A lot of negative energy emanating from all corners of the office.

      Rise takes great care of its employees and always listens to any feedback employees give. It is very fulfilling work with fantastic benefits.

      There are not many cons to working for Rise.
