Working with Riphah International University has been a highly enriching experience. The presence of senior professionals and esteemed professors creates an environment of continuous learning and personal growth. I have learned a great deal from their vast knowledge and wisdom, which has significantly shaped my approach to both work and life. Cons
The only downside of working with Riphah International University was the lack of a comprehensive setup for remote work. As a remote worker, I often felt that there was limited infrastructure and understanding to support effective collaboration and productivity from a distance. Unfortunately, this gap eventually led to my layoff, as the organization struggled to fully adapt to and embrace the dynamics of remote work. This was a challenging experience, as I believe a well-structured remote work setup could have allowed me to contribute even more effectively.
