Pros
Lateral Culture - The company is incredibly meritocratic. If you have great ideas and the the right work ethic you'll be appreciated and rewarded. The founders really have no ego and it's all about thinking critically to achieve the goals. Work Ethic - The work ethic and passion that the founders have despite the ups and downs is quite phenomenal. It is inspiring and has taught me what a small team can do despite the adversity if you adapt your work to your own working style and create the necessary systems to thrive. It has taught me how to be gritty and work smart. Innovation - The company is obsessed with innovation and is truly working on some very innovative products that have never existed before. There is a relentless pursuit for better and I thought it was really cool to be part of something that is cutting edge in the food space.
Cons
Culture Fit - This isn't a place for everyone and can be quite polarising. Either you fit like a hand fitting into a perfect glove or it can be the wrong fit. This is because the culture at this company attracts someone who is extremely determined to grow, is self-driving and has a constructive stoic self-assessing quality and this is clearly not for everyone.
