Values driven - Partner Rios Partners Employee Review

I worked at Rios during a period of huge growth and was so impressed by the commitment to values from the senior leadership team. From health checks to project choices I felt like I was being considered as a person rather than a resource.

The salaries at Rios are lower than leading consulting firms but this is because they try hard to ensure you are not working more than 45 hours. I know that the sticker shock can be jarring and might lead people to more quickly "trade up" to a higher salary somewhere with with worse work/life.

Team Lunches are a nice perk.

You would think adding HR roles with HR professionals would help a company keep employees happy. Rios has failed in doing so.
