      Lots of free time when there is not business. Laid back environment, Christian beliefs, non hostile. Family friendly, great place to work if you are in the clergy fold.

      Cons

      Low pay, fairly unorganized in dealing with non clergy related affairs. Classic case of church run business. Lack of leadership and business knowledge make running day to day operation difficult.

      Staff was amazing and morale was high when I started

      After the church split, people began lying on one another and it became a business instead of a ministry
