40-55 nurse ratio. Never staffed and RN's are no help. The pay is a slap on the face, No pay for OT after 3rd day of working. Morning nurses are extremely rude and come in 1-2 hours late with no warning. Administrator is a joke. No safety regulations towards staff or patients. No bonuses or raises.
