Pros

A few working member are really nice and straightforward whilst proving help

Cons

Contradictory information Huge lake of support mechanisms Poor leaderships Poor progressives plans A lot of the management talk about you when you’re not looking etc. The experience with Ringway Jacobs has revealed deeply concerning issues, including consistently poor communication, a lack of cultural awareness, and behaviours that suggests underlying racial bias. These shortcomings not only hinder effective collaboration but also reflect a troubling disregard for inclusivity, respect, and equity in the workplace.

Pros

Benefits are decent and comparable. Some good people work there which make your time worthwhile. Good water front location.

Cons

No regard for people Low salaries with no increases and a flawed review metric system for evaluations. They rather use expensive third party companies than to take care of their current employees who have been there for years. You won’t learn anything. Their “visionaries leaders” are set in the 80s mentality and half don’t even know what the department they lead does. No room for growth or career advancement. Rampant nepostism. Only the kids and families get the promotions. Unless you are buddies with the leadership you won’t go anywhere. There is no interdepartmental cooperation, everyone has their own agenda. Stuck in their olds ways with old mid level leaders who suck up to the president. A leader with insecurities, lack of leadership, no vision, holds back the company, temper tantrum throwing, and a napoleonic complex who’s decision are driven by emotions. They don’t even try to retain employees. People are quitting left and right. Don’t jump in this sinking ship.

Pros

-Work life flexibility, RJ are very accepting of work flexibility as long work is completed. -low stress environment

Cons

- competitive pay has been an issue in the past, work socialism from the company end isn’t great, no venues or Christmas’s dinners or anything at all really. The work benefits are very low however the work flexibility still does tip the scale positively
