Right away, it was clear that Ringside is a high energy, supportive environment where you’re encouraged to do your best work. Leadership sets clear expectations and follows through with the tools, coaching, and encouragement you need to succeed. The energy in the office is great, and being surrounded by driven, like-minded teammates makes every day motivating. The team pushes each other to be better, asking questions that make us think critically and challenging us in the best ways. It really is the best team I’ve ever worked with. All very high performing, smart, incredible, hard-working individuals.
The leadership team genuinely cares about the organization and invests a huge amount of time and resources into developing their people. I’ve seen a clear path for growth in my own role since Day One, and the recognition for hitting milestones is genuine, which makes you want to keep raising the bar. Leadership is hands-on and cares deeply about every person within the organization.
It’s a fast paced, work hard environment with lots of opportunities for growth. And, in addition to all of that, the office location is awesome.
