Not lenient policy - Academic Tutor Ringle Employee Review

Thank you for sharing your thoughts and opinions. As a young company, we really do appreciate this feedback and are working to make changes in response to it. Our new 'Star-Strike' system was created in response to criticism that our former fines were punative and unfair. We're sorry you still feel it's too harsh. All strikes can be appealed by emailing tutor@ringleplus.com, and accounts that have been closed due to too many strikes can be reinstated after a meeting with our team. We are committed to improving transparency and communication with our tutoring community.
