      Cons

      As a small team you wear a lot of hats. Not that it is a negative, but sometimes it gets to be a bit much.

      It is an amazing company with great promise on the rise. You would be lucky to work at Ringio.

      Cons

      No real con, but it the company and product are still growing and developing, which is frustrating at times.
