Pros
A company packed with immense talent and hard working engineers. Some of the most advanced DSP experts in the business. Some of the happiest years of my career.
Cons
At a company level a bit of a lack of direction. Too many people steering, it gets muddled. The new leadership is encouraging. A small percentage of staff perseverate on benefit minutia and can become insufferable.
