      Working with a team that actually wants to work the front desk Management are available to listen to concerns or feedback Cheap staff accommodation

      Cons

      Profits are the only motivator for management. If you aren't profitable or arent making your team profitable, you will not be much liked. Rostering could have you working 3 different start times in a week from 6am to 11pm
