9yWe regret that your stay at Rimkus did not live up to your expectations. We are working hard to improve in areas that will better engage and retain our employees. As you noted, there can be a high demand placed on certain billable employees in order to meet client needs, which can result in overtime. But that effort does not go without reward. We have a semi-annual incentive bonus plan in place, as well as an annual discretionary profit-sharing bonus. What's more, our workplace demographic grows increasingly diverse every day, resulting in our female and minority employees being placed into engineering and leadership roles faster than ever before. There's no room for a "redneck" mentality at Rimkus. We are a progressive employer who cares about the success of our company and our employees!
