Pros

Rillet is definitely a true Series B startup in hypergrowth phase, in every sense of the definition. The org is still relatively flat, so scope and impact are virtually unlimited and you can flex into multiple areas of the business. The team is incredibly talented, driven, and motivated. Nic (founder) does a great job with trying to be transparent and always indexes to explaining the "why" behind the what, which I truly value at this stage. It's clear he cares at a very deep level, which is inspiring.

Cons

The pace and intensity can be a lot, but that's to be expected at a company where there's so much growth and opportunity.

Pros

Working at Rillet has genuinely felt like a once-in-a-lifetime opportunity to help build something meaningful alongside an incredibly talented team. The culture is one of the strongest I’ve experienced, collaborative, ambitious, and filled with people who truly care about each other’s success. There’s a huge amount of ownership and growth potential here, especially for people who are excited to take initiative and make an impact early. Leadership is extremely supportive and approachable, and some of the best people I’ve worked with in the industry. It’s rare to find a company this early where the product, team, and opportunity all align so well.

Cons

Because the company is growing so quickly, change is constant and things can evolve fast, which may feel uncomfortable for people who prefer a lot of structure or predictability. That said, it also creates a huge opportunity to learn, grow, and have a real impact on the direction of the company.

Pros

Super smart team, genuinely motivated and all running at interesting and hard problems in a space that's ripe for change. New leadership stepping in to create more effective ways of working. Customers excited to build with us, business scaling rapidly. Great office culture with lunches comped. Okay benefits. Lots of upside at a hypergrowth phase company leaning into innovation.

Cons

Can be a real slog week to week. Customers have major issues that take too long to get resolved (this is slowly improving). Product becoming unstable with misapplied AI slop, and execution speed mandate means there are very few checks on this. Very sales oriented culture, big on "hype" and big on overcommitting. Long term strategy basically nonexistent.
