Invaluable Summer Internship Experience - Summer Intern Rila Employee Review

I had the privilege of being an intern this summer at Rila, and I can not express enough how positive my experience was. This was my first internship and I did not know what to expect. However, I was grateful and lucky that the staff was incredibly welcoming, attentive, and always willing to help. The mentors assigned to me played a huge role in my growth, ensuring I understood and completed my task but also gaining a deeper understanding of the corporate world. The hybrid schedule (Monday and Fridays WFH) was also a great way to provide flexibility without compromising the productive work environment! Overall, I am grateful for the opportunity to intern here, it's an experience that has shaped my professional journey for the better!
