Not much. Nothing like any other car sales position. Ups system ( take turns with walk ins) so it's not a dog fight or foot race to the person on the lot

Poor Management Personnel Extremely inflexible Expectations are unrealistic Communication within the office is poor In office training is non-existent You go to a training seminar and then are expected to need no more help from the team after They tell you every one gets a day off in the week but if you take that offer you are "not putting the effort it takes to sell cars by taking the day off" so you work 10hrs a day 6 days a week possibly more if you have to stay late on a deal. Lots of things said in the interview and job offer turned out to be false The stores walk in volume is very low If you cant generate your own customers you wont sell anything Selling a car here is nearly impossible and its straight commission
