Pros

Hybrid working environment and good benefits.

Cons

Right To Play USA has significant leadership issues marked by issues of nepotism, excessive control, and micromanagement. These factors contribute to an alarmingly high turnover rate, as the office struggles to retain staff. Concerns have been raised regarding the conduct of senior leadership, including reports of racism, condescending behavior, and a lack of diversity within the team, which have been escalated to headquarters' HR and the CEO. However, these issues have not been thoroughly investigated or addressed. The absence of accountability for these issues within top leadership is unacceptable and reflects poorly on the organization's values and global leadership.
