Pros
What doesn't kill you makes you stronger- so if nothing else, this place made me more resilient.
Cons
This organization takes the first prize when it comes to causing mental and physical distress for its employees. I have spent the most negative weeks, months, and years of my life working here. The management does not treat you fairly, has clear cut favorites based on perception and flattery. There is absolutely no appreciation of your work unless you engage in office politics and become part of one of the many gangs. Colleagues do not follow a value system or ethics code. So, if they trade you for some other advantage and sell you out, do not be surprised. Even if you are able to turnaround and do some good despite the many obstacles, you will be made the scapegoat of some failure or client mishap. Senior folks taking responsibility for things going wrong --this is never going to happen, but they will take all the credit. Now let's talk about work -life balance because it does not exist in this culture. You have to be present all the time, and even work on weekends to be considered worthy of acceptance. I felt that the people who work here do not have a life or do not have relationships to fulfill them. So, let's just wrap this up and say that if you have another offer in hand, do not waste your time even considering Right Management, because it is completely wrong for you.
