Pros

There is such a supportive and positive culture in Right Hook. The onboard training is outstanding and the ongoing guidance is amazing. I've never seen a business live it's core values quite like Right Hook. No BS, Will to win, Elevate one another etc. It's a lived thing. Everyone works hard, everyone is motivated and everyone is valued. You really couldn't ask for more. For me the biggest pro is the processes and commitment to getting it right. Jobs are resourced right. Checks are in place to make sure the best job is done. From a professional standpoint, everything is in place to ensure work standards are high and the customer receives outstanding service.

Cons

Not too many. The learning curve can be very steep, but the shared knowledge and support is amazing.

Cons

- Timezones can get tricky with team members across the world - Like any agency, not every client is a golden nugget and some are PIA's - Never got a chance to have a company wide meeting or department in person meeting
