agency has gone through a lot of changes over the last 12 months, key focus is making sure that the team are being upskilled and focussing on delivering 360 campaigns. Learnt so much about Formula 1 and Golf, you don't realise how little you know until you work somewhere that really focusses on client experiences Huge opportunity to grow, leadership team have come together and are driving internal promotions while hiring stronger directors with industry knowledge. Learnt so much! Salary increases and packages have changes so now very competitive.
