      Pay is alright. Bonus was bad. Residential Supers are great. A lot of room for growth.

      Cons

      Weekend work can happen at any time. Workplace environment is very fratty. If your not a company man, this isn't the place for you. If you didn't play highschool football or watch college football, this isn't the place for you.

      Great environment that fosters growth and treats their employees great. Most of the upper management is supportive and cares about you as a individual.
