Great people. Stable brand. Diverse workforce.
Cons
Management team is clueless and only care about themselves. Most VPs have only worked here so they run the business like it’s 1985. Other VPs are from Textron and hate their jobs. High performers are overworked and are paid the same as low performers. Advancement is limited.
