      Pros

      It's a Union shop. Good pay and benefits.

      Cons

      As with all companies, too many chiefs and not enough Indians. Different supervisor all the time, current one won't even let the wheels on your toolbox cool off before you get moved to another job or department.

      Pros

      The owner and CEO of Ridewell is the 3rd generation in the family to run the business. He has grown up in the business and worked in most all positions within the company. His family has genuinely cared about its employees for over 50 years.

      Cons

      As in all organizations, there are challenges. The turnover in our production plant is high but I attribute that to the current economic conditions. This is a great place to work.
