      Everyone works hard to achieve their goals. You will feel that you also want to support them too.

      Cons

      As a IT analyst your direct boss is the CEO and the only thing he knows how to do is demand regardless of whether you have already been trained or not. You may only have been in for 2 days, but you better function as if you had 80 years of experience and a Shaolin monk's tolerance for insults and verbal harassment.
