didn't value their workers no matter how much work they would put in. high turnover rate including managers and HR. Irregular variables of hours worked per week = irregular pay. depend on seasonal hires. Only a handful of full time employees, they keep others as part-time (who used to be full time but mgmnt took that away) yet they are still required to be present every working day of the year like full time employees. meaning they have no PTO, healthcare or any other full time benefits with the same amount of work. also preventing them from obtaining other part time jobs to supplement the irregular pay
