Pros
The over time is wonderful, the clients that live in the house have disabilities but are so nice and some have to be understood , they are easy to care for like your caring for your home, like anything else that you work hard for it's rewarding
Cons
The lifting gets a little challenging but it all works out with help from other employees that are with you.
More challenges in feeding and positioning at bed time . Learn body mechanics it will help you alot with your back and help you use more of your legs .
