Pros
The upper management strives to do right by the employees however they can.
Cons
The pay could be better; it's okay since we are in South Carolina and even better if you're single, but as management, the pay scale is by location size rather than seniority. So, a new manager with no experience at a larger branch could make more than someone at a smaller branch with more years working at the library.
