Good working environment. Very friendly staff.

Lack of communication between management.

I found the Directors, in particular the one I reported into primarily, incredibly helpful and understanding. He would go out of his way to help me with any issues I was having, saw my potential and encouraged me to try new things.

There was a lack of structure within my role and at times felt I lacked direction, but overall this wasn’t an issue.
