It was interesting watching this local office grow with such site manager incompetence. Some examples below 1. No real understanding of the client requirements or expectations by home office or site lead until client addresses serious issues. 2. unwilling to listen to the experience from within this clients local culture. 3. Site managers implemented of change as opposed to following the client longstanding practices. 4. Projects were never correct, on time or within budget due to site managers overall project execution philosophy. 5. Ultimately, local office closes due to incompetence from both the home office and the local office representative.
