- The work culture will make you exceptionally feel like you're not working under a senior or above a junior. Everyone is your family. - Monthly review as a way to measure metrics of growth, and monthly dinner as bonding session, are great ways to keep up the employee engagement - An employee review is done every 3 months. A great session to address employee's issues, problems, etc.
