Cons
Setting unreachable targets in the company that demotivates. Humiliation and scream on lower management or line employees are a common culture. The MIC (bonus) program is set based on unreachable targets and the biggest amount you can get does not even reach the 1 month salary :)

- good trainings
- really good employee and friend&family rates for travelling
Cons
- in Hungary the company policies are not strong enough to enjoy all the benefits they can create
- fluctuation was quite big in upper management, which made it rather difficult to work
