      Pros

      - good company value and philosophy - good trainings - really good employee and friend&family rates for travelling

      Cons

      - in Hungary the company policies are not strong enough to enjoy all the benefits they can create - fluctuation was quite big in upper management, which made it rather difficult to work

      Pros

      trainings - though majority are crap and not up to date.

      Cons

      Setting unreachable targets in the company that demotivates. Humiliation and scream on lower management or line employees are a common culture. The MIC (bonus) program is set based on unreachable targets and the biggest amount you can get does not even reach the 1 month salary :)

      Pros

      very good discounts at the hotels all around the world. Also, very international work environment.

      Cons

      Management of the company is really slow. Takes ages to make any decision. The projects gets delayed and keep delayed.
