Pros

People in the entry level positions. The people make this company bareable. We have a fun time together in the office.

Cons

The executive leadership is very strange. They change commission structures because they feel like it with zero communication. This makes it twice as hard to get any comms. We've hit certain targets and management have decided to move the goal posts on us so we didn't get paid what we should have. The CEO is really mean to employees. There's also a lot of toxic rumours flying around at the moment about the US offices.

Thanks for your feedback although it's clearly not good to hear you feel that way. We are undergoing a transition from a small, start up business to a global business of scale. We've made great strides in this journey with the main goal of achieving our founders' original vision to power the experiences industry. Both founders are still actively involved in shaping our strategic direction & are fully supportive. They also believe it's the right time for our current focus on refreshing the culture of the business to be in line with our change in scale & geographical reach. This project has harnessed the passion of both the new people who have recently joined along with those that have been here for a long time, including leavers who have returned to resume the journey. We are all excited about the journey ahead & hope through your engagement with that process you will feel the same. Regardless I would reinforce that my door is always open to discuss any concern that an employee has.
